Description:
The workshop covers essential questions that will need to be answered in order to create an efficient and sustainable workflow for digital preservation. The instructor will share digital preservation management strategies and provide practical planning tips and examples of workflows from differing organizations both large and small. As a group, we will review topics such as best practices for inventory, policies, and storage. We will also cover basic information about software options, provide resources, and discuss how to determine the best choice for institutions evaluating digital preservation solutions today.
