Library Releases San Diego Supercomputer Center Test Report

November 17 , 2007 -- The Library of Congress has released a report on a collaboration with the San Diego Supercomputer Center to test the trustworthiness of information service providers by conducting data-transfer and storage tests with samples of the Library's extensive digital holdings.

NDIIPP Names New Director

November 13, 2007 -- Martha Anderson was named Director of Program Management for the National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program (NDIIPP). Anderson, who joined the Library of Congress in 1996, has been acting in this position since April 2007.
