Phil Rosche is an independent contractor based in Charleston, South Carolina. Mr. Rosche’s work has focused on Model Based Enterprise, Collaborative Design, Standards Development, Consortia Management and Industrial Improvement. He has over 28 years’ experience in consortia management for research and development programs, systems interoperability testing, health care information technology, computer aided design, product data management, enterprise data sharing and exchange, and materials and production management.

Phil plays numerous roles in the LOTAR International Project. He co-leads the CAx Implementor Forum (CAx-IF) with his European counterpart. He provides technical direction to the Leadership Team on emerging topics.

Mr. Rosche has worked at both large OEMs, such as Volvo Truck, and at small manufacturing companies. He received the prestigious Brad Rigdon Technical Management Award in 2000 for his work on the CAx-Implementor Forum. He is a contributor to major periodicals and regularly asked to speak at interoperability, computer aided design, visualization, and product data management conferences.
