August 21, 2009 -- National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program partners were well-represented at the 2009 Society of American Archivists Annual Meeting (external link), held August 11-16 in Austin, Texas.
Participants included representatives from the Arizona, Minnesota and North Carolina-lead states projects, including an entire session devoted to the work of the GeoMAPP project. There was also a session devoted to video game archiving involving partners from the Preserving Virtual Worlds project. ECHO DEPository project members were involved in a presentation titled "How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Electronic Records Preservation."
