October 27, 2010 -- Members of the International Internet Preservation Consortium (external link) participated in productive working group meetings in Vienna, Austria, September 23-24, 2010.
The Harvesting, Preservation and Access Working Groups met, and for the first time a Collection Development workshop was held. Advanced users of the Heritrix software also held a meeting.

At the IIPC Steering Committee meeting, the British Library was elected to serve as Coordinating Institution and Chair for 2011. The British Library will also serve as interim chair through 2010.
The next IIPC meetings will be the 2011 General Assembly May 9-13, at the National Library of the Netherlands in The Hague.
